With your booking at The Visionary Venue, you will enjoy the following features:-

OVERTIME

Overtime requests must be made in advance and will be billed in hourly increments.

CLEANING / DAMAGES

Clients are responsible for leaving the venue in good condition and for any damages incurred during the event. A cleaning deposit may be required.

FURNITURE

Moving of furniture is permitted with prior approval. Please provide advance notice of any changes to the setup.

MISCELLANEOUS

Smoking is prohibited on the premises. Use of glitter/confetti is not allowed, and cooking restrictions apply based on event type.

Cancellations must be made in writing or through person-to-person communication (no voicemail). Postponements are considered cancellations. No refunds will be processed for cancellations made, as noted on the cancellation schedule. If unable to operate due to governmental mandates (e.g., COVID-19), postponements will be granted within 18 months without cancellation fees. Event insurance must be purchased with proof submitted at least seven days before the event for coverage in uncontrollable circumstances.
